Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Import Agent. The Import Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role such as customs brokerage, communication, customer service, ocean import, and related duties. In this role, the Import Agent will work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure that goods are imported efficiently, accurately, and timely.

Qualifications
Customs brokerage and ocean import abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in managing logistics and supply chain operations
Strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Incoterms, EPA/FDA regulations, and customs compliance
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
Experience in importing goods from Vietnam and India is an added advantage
