About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Arabic and English Speaking Call Center Agent to join our communication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive interaction with callers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from students, parents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about school programs, admissions, events, and other relevant details to callers.
Address inquiries and resolve issues by following established protocols and procedures.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of call interactions in the system.
Redirect calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service. Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to privacy policies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall call center efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about school policies, procedures, and updates to effectively communicate with callers.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Job Qualifications:

Proficiency in Arabic and English.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
