Role Description The Russian Speaker Hostess role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hostess welcomes guests, manages seating arrangements, and ensures a smooth flow of guests in the restaurant and related venues. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests in Russian and English, handling reservations, answering phone calls, and coordinating with the service team to provide an efficient and pleasant guest experience. The role also involves maintaining a tidy reception area, providing accurate information about menus and services, and supporting event-related guest coordination when required.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and professional guest experience.
Proficiency in Reservations management and Phone Etiquette to handle bookings, inquiries, and guest communication efficiently.
Effective Communication skills in Russian and English, both spoken and written, to interact with diverse guests and team members.
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or front-of-house roles is highly beneficial.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and a proactive, guest-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or POS systems are an advantage.
