We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waitress to join our team and provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Check on customers throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction.
Handle complaints or requests with patience and professionalism.
Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) and issue receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and service areas.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

What Are We Looking For:
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, positive attitude with a team-player mindset.
Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
