VIP Waiter Required in Dubai - Dubai

Main Responsibilities

Prompt, and courteous greeting of VIP customers
Take orders and deliver food to VIP customers on the table in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations
Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines
Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customers
Ensure food quality and consistency is delivered at all times
Manage the set up and close down of tables within section
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 2 year of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality operation, recent international experience would be highly preferred.
Good communications and interpersonal skills in English, added languages such as Italian, Spanish, Greek, Chinese, Russian will be highly preferred.
Excellent customer service and upselling skills
Cooperative and self-giving team player
Ability to work in highly fast paced operation
