Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide range of specialty coffee drinks (espresso-based, pour-over, Chemex, etc.) with precision and consistency.
Engage customers with product knowledge, coffee recommendations, and personalized service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café.
Calibrate coffee equipment daily and ensure all machinery is in excellent working condition.
Monitor inventory and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and barista tools as needed.
Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.
Assist in training new staff on coffee preparation and service standards.
Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks and improving the coffee program.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Solid knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, grind settings, and manual brewing methods.
Skilled in latte art and espresso machine operation.
Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
High attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting.
