Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including establishing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and complying with labor and employment laws in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) and Human Resources Management
Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies in compliance with local labor and employment laws in Dubai, UAE
Proven track record in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR-related queries
Excellent knowledge of labor and employment laws in Dubai, UAE
Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience working in the real estate industry is a must
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
