MyPT is a growing fitness and wellness company in the UAE, dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for our members. As we prepare to open our newest gym, we are looking for an experienced Barista Supervisor to lead our in-house café operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate the barista team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light refreshments according to company standards.
Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Create staff schedules and manage daily shift operations.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering while minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of café equipment and work areas.
Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to improve café revenue.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a café or coffee shop environment.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of espresso machines, coffee preparation, and beverage standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Specialty coffee or barista certification is an advantage.
Experience working in premium cafés, hotels, restaurants, or fitness clubs is preferred.
