Vice President Human Resources Required in Dubai - Dubai

Our client is looking for an experienced Vice President Human Resources located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and support the company's growth objectives.
Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning and development, and talent retention.
Collaborate with leadership to identify key organizational capabilities and create talent development programs that align with business objectives.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
Establish HR KPIs and metrics to measure and track the success of HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that contribute to business success.
Deep knowledge and understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
