Truck Driver Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are looking for experienced and safety-oriented Truck Drivers to join the IIQAF Team. The primary responsibility of the Truck Driver will be to transport cargoes and materials over the required routes in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities

Operate and maneuver vehicles within the company's vehicular policy to transport goods.
Check loads and route to ensure that they are safe for transport; use secure tying and strapping elements.
Load and unload cargo on and off the delivery truck according to supplier’s instructions
Ensure that all items and cargo are accounted for at both loading and unloading
Follow company procedures in reporting any incidents or accidents in a timely manner.
Adhere to applicable federal and state regulations regarding truck operations, safety, and driving laws
Conduct pre-trip, mid-trip, and post-trip vehicle inspections according to company policies.
Oversee and maintain care, maintenance, and security of company owned delivery vehicles
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods

Qualifications

Valid CDL License
1-2 years’ experience driving a commercial vehicle
Ability to lift heavy items
Good driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to read and interpret road maps
Ability to meet company's safety and performance standards
Willingness to work flexible hours
Excellent knowledge of local roadways and highway regulations
