We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Braveland, a leading design and animation studio. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the design and animation industry in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Stay up-to-date with animation and design trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the design, animation, or creative industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Proficiency in CRM, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite.
