Real Estate Sales Manager Required in Dubai

Stanford Properties is looking for a Sales Manager who is highly assertive, passionate, enthusiastic, optimistic, and a people-oriented individual with strong communication skills who naturally connects with others and guide our agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions.

Responsibilities

Build a new Sales Team - Recruit & Hire
Develop, lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with the team
Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients
Build trusted and lasting relationships with all customers, forming close business relationships with Key Account decision makers
Develop and promote sales KPIs.
Design & conduct an effective training program to train new and old consultants.
Develop and implement sales strategies
Team management, learning, and career development of the Sales team
Effectively communicate and drive Stanford Properties business goals as it relates to Agents’ goals, and/or needs
Well versed with UAE RERA/ DREI laws

Requirements

Proven experience of a minimum 3-5 years as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in Dubai Real Estate
Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
A deep understanding of different Developers and projects in Dubai market
