Information Technology Sales Specialist Required in Dubai

ARLI GEEKS is actively seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist with strong motivation to collaborate closely with the Technical team, aiming to both generate and maintain the sales pipeline.

This role will serve as a crucial link between ARLI GEEKS management and the technical delivery teams, working in tandem with ARLI GEEKS leadership and Technical Advisors. Strong business insight, experience in contract management, and an outstanding command of the English language are essential requirements of this role. The role involves supporting the sales process by interpreting service scopes, drafting proposals and contracts, and responding to requests for proposals or quotes. Additionally, collaboration with the technical team is imperative to create and sustain products and service offerings.

Further duties and responsibilities include staying abreast of industry trends, attending sales meetings to ensure compliance with company policy, offering cross-functional support to other departments, and documenting internal processes related to duties and responsibilities.

Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Background in sales, particularly in IT, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT managed services, is preferred.
Knowledge of products and services offered by leading Network & Security vendors, including Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Sentinel One, Meraki, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and others.
Strong knowledge about developing and selling Managed & Maintenance Services.
Proven success in sales with a sound understanding of IT and cybersecurity.
Enjoyment in collaborating with customers and external audiences.
Proficiency in common office applications.
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
Adept at preparing written communications and materials.
Interpersonal skills, encompassing telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes.
Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the technical team to create and sustain products and service offerings.
Supporting sales process by interpreting service scopes, drafting proposals and contracts.
Design & implement successful Marketing Strategies.
Responding to requests for proposals or quotes.
Actively identify and introduce new customers and consistently meet sales targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify and introduce new products and services.
Identify innovative solutions, tools, and processes to enhance the overall sales and marketing process.

Other Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)

Work History: Proven experience in IT / Cyber Security Technical sales & Marketing.
Education: Masters or B.S degree in a field related to Sales & Marketing
Certifications: IT / Cyber Security Sales & Marketing related certifications are a plus.
Work Environment: Capable of working in a hybrid model from home and office (A distraction-free home office space is required.)
Travel: This role may require interstate / overseas travel.
