Human Resources Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai

This is a part-time role located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, UAQ, RAK and Ajman for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Freelance). The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new clients (Healthcare facilities) and maintaining existing client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

willing to work on profit share /commission-based structure.
Own freelance visa
willing to travel within your emirate.
Bachelor's degree in any field
Previous work experience in healthcare field is
mandatory
Ability to achieve sales target within a limited time frame.

Benefits:

20% of profit per client acquisition

Fuel cost reimbursement on minimal target attainment of 3 clients.

Flight and hotel accommodation expenses on instances of international travel will be met with

Profile upgradation to senior role with a monthly salary of AED. 10,000 + bonus on maintenance of 10 or more clients

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of employee benefits
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Experience in client acquisition is a plus
Students currently undergoing Bachelors will be offered intern positions.
