Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

This job holder will be responsible for translating and transferring of ideas / concepts / designs into promotional displays and marketing brochures for products and services; developing distinctive logos for products and in house brands, and creating visual designs for corporate literature -

Creative Solutions

Understand the creative and business needs
Apply advanced and diversified concepts to create the graphic representations on system with combination of different color pallets
Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
Innovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the marketing team
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
Develop graphics and layouts for promotion posters, logos, displays etc
Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
Create the window display designs for the entire Concept and Stand-alone stores in all the territories
Create graphic artworks such as promo posters, logos and the like for the Concept
Designing proposals and artwork for marketing brochures, leaflets, coupons and flyers
Prepare Art works for Signage’s (outdoor / indoor)
Help maintain online channels
Miscellaneous

Research and keep abreast of the latest designs, market trends, developments in IT and needs of the customers
Coordinate and assist in the execution of large format printing including colour and profile management
Oversee the printing needs for the Concept and stand-alone stores (vinyl poster, backlit poster etc.)
Ensure that the visuals / posters are laminated, mounted and distributed properly for all the territories on schedule(if applicable)
Prepare Photoshop presentations as and when required under the direction of the Marketing Manager
Coordinate with the Visual Merchandisers in executing their requirements of seasonal changes and window themes
Maintain large format printers (if applicable)
Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in Graphic Design

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Graduate Degree in in Fine Arts (Visual Arts) essential
English – Mandatory
Arabic – Beginner / Intermediate will be an added advantage
2 years of experience in Graphic Arts and Design in the F&B industry
Basic MS office, Excel and PPT
Knowledge of Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Corel Draw, Adobe InDesign, Quark Express, Knowledge of Windows & MAC Operating Systems, Flash 5.0, FreeHand
Creative Thinking
Visualizing ability
Attention to detail
Design packaging
Advertising Concepts
Graphic design and print production mediums
Knowledge of large format Printer operations and maintenance
