We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our corporate branding and internal communication needs. The ideal candidate will focus on creating high-quality visual materials such as banners, brochures, presentations, and company publications. This role is best suited for someone with strong layout, typography, and print design skills..

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
Design, edit, and manage the company magazine, including layout creation, content formatting, and visual storytelling to ensure a consistent and professional brand image.
Prepare professional presentations and internal communication materials.
Edit and update existing creatives as per business requirements.
Coordinate with department heads and teams to understand design needs.
Track and report basic analytics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Support branding requirements such as flyers, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Support event-related creatives such as standees, invites, and digital posters.

Skills

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual sense.
Experience with content calendars and social media analytics.
Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software is a plus.
Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design. with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design & marketing projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
