Accountant Required in Dubai - Dubai

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team at one of our client's orginzations as an Entry-Level Accountant. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience in accounting who is eager to kick-start their career in finance. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team and be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Enter financial transactions into the accounting system
Assist in the preparation of financial statements
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices and ensure timely payments
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Expense Tracking:
Monitor and track business expenses
Verify expense reports submitted by employees
Assist in Budgeting:
Support in the preparation of budgets
Monitor budgetary compliance
Financial Analysis:
Assist in analysing financial data and generating reports
Provide support in identifying financial trends
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Assist in preparing documentation for audits
Communication:
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
Provide assistance to other departments regarding financial matters
Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience as an Accountant is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting
